    Am restoring a circa 1900's home and am using these covers over the smoke detectors and bathroom ceiling fans keeping the look of the home's era.

    my hole is 28x18, apparently this size does not exist in the vent world. I used a 30x20 and it fits over the hole nothing goes inside. painted the wall black and the hole black.

    Had a party this past weekend and people were asking if I had an interior designer redo my house. All I did was change the grilles, added some wall art and changed the throw blankets. What a big difference!

    Very nice! Great Quality! Only wish it came painted. Better than anything i could find. I liked the smooth back it makes for an easier and more creative install.

    We painted ours a gold to make it look like it was old. It is made out of like a heavy duty plastic. It fits great over the hole and is very appealing to the eye. Definitely will change all of our vent covers when I have more money

    This was just what I was looking for. Much more stylish than regular grills and not too expensive. It was very easy to paint it the color I wanted and to install. Looks great.

    Loved the grilles. Much more than I anticipated. Very pleased with the design and construction. Nice quality. Can't go wrong.Ordered two for a cold air return in a steel door.
