Description

Registers are grilles with a damper attached to the back.

Opposed blade dampers allow you to control volume by moving simultaneously in opposite directions closing to provide superior metering and control with a minimum disturbance of the air pattern.

Damper is Aluminum Material and color and has a type-A slot in the corner for adjusting air flow. You may use a flat head screw driver to open and close the blades. Grilles are resin material and will come in the finish of your choice. Only unpainted grilles are returnable/exchangable.

Please allow up to 4 weeks lead time.

All finished registers are final sale. Only unpainted products may be returned.

GREAT BRASS FINISH

I just love the brassy finish. I did a mid-century living room remodel and I had green velvet furniture, black and white floor and gold hardware and accents. I got this Caspian register for the ceiling in the brass and it took the whole living room to another level. Well worth the money spent. Cannot wait to order more in future remodels.

Thankfully I longer have to look up at the handle that has been bugging me for years. Literally changed the look of the whole room. I haven't adjusted it, but the air flow is great.

I purchased the vent covers, a grill, and the cold air return. Its amazing how something so small (the vents and grill cover) can enhance the overall look of the room. I had purchased a decorative vent cover on line from a different vendor and it was nearly crafted as nice these and the color was kind of a grey/lavender next to my white ceilings. These are a crisp white-very beautiful. Would highly recommend.

it's a bit hard to adjust the air flow mechanics but other than that it looks lovely. I suppose i would rather have it hidden though instead of the lever.

I redid my whole house, once everything was done I couldn't get past the ugly vents I got at the hardware store. They just stuck out like a sore thumb. So anyway, I ordered two of these for my living room and they pretty much changed the total look of the room. I got paint grade and was able to match my decorators white moulding so everything is very cohesive looking. I will get them for the rest of the house , but I'll probably get the grilles next time just because I don't think I need the damper everywhere.

I searched the web for affordable vent covers for a few days, this one was the only one priced fairly. I LOVE these. I did get them in the silver and it looks great. The damper thing in the corner was nicely hidden unlike the big handles it comes with normally.
